yeah ... i almost forgot the time shift..
i live in Tehran but ,our clock zones
only have 2.5 Hour difference wich is not really much to be considered. the matter of fact, in my country, all bloggers are almost night owls and they mostly write at night, not days... to proove this just take a look at the time of my first post.
by the way,the use of a triple input AND Gate wont be possible because the 4026 output current cant trigger the AND gates. even i tried Danyk's 4-diode methode but it failed...and i dont know why? can any one explain the idea behind this method?
has any one ever tried?
i should say i dont have access to youtube .
im in hurry , because i must finish ASAP.

b) as Goheeca says it must be enought voltage to work if there is proper load on it. I have used this type of reset circuit in one of my projects and it have worked.
